Refund and Returns Policy
The Sale Policy has been made to ensure transparency in Company transactions with you. The terms of the policy are as follows:
I. Warranty
No refund Policy: Goods once sold by the Company will not be taken back under any circumstances except if it is found to be defective as per the terms and conditions of the Sale Policy.
Company warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship. Manufacturing defects on selective products will need to be supported by relevant documentation and proof (images, etc.). Customers must write to reachus@gamebae.in or WhatsApp on +91 89287 77989.
If upon our inspection we deem the product to be defective, Company will be responsible for the replacement of the defective parts ONLY.
Damages due to shipping and handling, improper installation, abuses (intentional or accidental) or normal wear and tear are NOT covered by this warranty.
There are no other guarantees or warranties, implied or expressed, beyond the terms of this written warranty.
Claims made more than 7 days from the date of the original purchase by the Customer will not be considered.
II. Return of Defective Products
Customers must write to reachus@gamebae.in or WhatsApp +91 89287 77989.
A ticket will be raised and Company shall respond accordingly.
Upon confirmation of the defect by the Company, the Customer shall sumbit the Return request by email to reachus@gamebae.in. along with details of the defect and supporting images.
Only if the box arrives in a damaged condition will it need to be shipped back to us and a new one will be shipped to the customer.
If any components are damaged or defective, we will ship only that item to the customer after the item is returned and inspected by us.
A return label will be mailed to the customer which will need to be printed and sent back with the product.
Subject to clause (I)(vi), the Company will issue a Return Number (RN) via e-mail.
After receipt of the Return Number, within 7 days the Customer shall return the defective products to the Company on the below mentioned address by forwarding them along with the Return Form through the Company appointed transporter.

As per the Warranty Policy, claims made more than 7 days from the date of the original purchase by the Customer will not be considered.
If you decide to return the products using the Company appointed transporter, you will incur no return shipping costs. However, if you decide to return the products using a different transporter, shipping costs will be charged to you and you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the products during transit.
After the defective products have been returned and received by the Company, the Company shall verify the conformity of the product with the Returns Form and confirm acceptance of the returned product by email.
In lieu of the defective product, the Company will replace it with the same product or part thereof.
Returned products must be accompanied by the following documents for inward acceptance by the Company:
Image of defect sent via e-mail
Original invoice
RN mentioned on the returned carton
Company shall not be liable for loss or damage caused due to lost or damaged returned products in transit.
Company shall replace the damaged product within one month after accepting the returned product. The Company reserves the right to reject the claim of the Customer.

III. Governing Law
This Sale Policy is governed by Indian law.
IV. Amendments and Updates
The policy guidelines for sale may be amended from time to time considering new laws and regulations. The Sale Policy shall be effective as of the date of publication. The Company reserves the right to amend the policy from time to time.
