1. Are you an official seller of Blue Orange Games?
Yes! We are the official licensee of Blue Orange Games in India. All games sold on GameBae are 100% authentic and authorized.

2. Who handles shipping?
All our products are fulfilled and shipped by Amazon, ensuring reliable and fast delivery across India.

1. How do I place an order?
Simply add your favorite games to the cart and checkout. You can make secure payments via Razorpay using UPI, cards, or net banking.

2. Can I cancel or modify an order?
Yes — you can cancel or modify your order within 24 hours or before it’s shipped. Just whatsapp us at +91 8928777989 or email reachus@gamebae.in.

3. Can I track my order?
Of course! You’ll receive a tracking link via whatsapp or email once your order is shipped.

1. How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are usually processed in 1–2 business days and delivered in 2–5 business days.
Remote areas like Ladakh, Kashmir, and the Northeast may take a little longer.

2. Do you deliver across India?
Yes! We currently ship all over India, through our Amazon fulfillment partner.

3. What are the shipping charges?
Shipping charges vary based on location and will be shown at checkout. Many of our orders qualify for free or discounted shipping.

1. Can I return a product?
Yes, within 5 days of delivery, as long as the product is unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
₹50 return shipping fee applies for preference-based returns.

2. What if the product is damaged or incorrect?
Please reach out to us within 5 days. We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund after verification.

3. Do you offer replacements?
We provide replacements only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items — not for subjective reasons like product theme or preference.

2. Do you offer gift wrapping or custom notes?
Not yet, but we’re working on it! You can still leave a message in the order notes at checkout.
